Quick diagnosis

A payment tool can help with card and ledger evidence, but it cannot bypass developer service or any merchant’s account, region, identity or risk rules.

What it can do

If Plus is not activated

If a merchant charged but service did not activate, users should first submit order, email, time and payment evidence to the merchant’s official support channel. RamboCard can help review card authorization, settlement or refund events, but cannot activate merchant service.

If the card is declined

Check balance, card status, billing data, merchant error message and verification requirements. Do not submit repeated attempts or falsify data to force payment through.
