Fees must be clear before funding: USDT enters the wallet, card opening and card top-up are deducted from platform USD balance, and funds loaded to a card follow issuer and bank rules.
Card programs, issuance fees, top-up fees, minimum first load, monthly fees and service fees may change with upstream providers. Before confirming an operation, users should rely on the fees and balance changes shown in the signed-in workspace.
A common workflow is to fund the RamboToken wallet with USDT and then convert or top up platform USD balance according to the page rules. Card opening, card top-up and service fees are deducted from platform USD balance, not directly from the RamboToken wallet.
After a card top-up, funds move into the individual card balance for merchant spending. That balance is no longer the same as platform wallet balance and should not be promised as instantly reversible.
Network fees, issuer handling costs, monthly fees, service fees, chargeback penalties and exception handling costs are generally non-refundable once incurred. Users should load only what is needed for the next operating cycle.
