A clear rule: after bank risk freeze or card closure, card balance cannot be operated, withdrawn or returned to platform USD balance.
This is a funding boundary users must understand before loading a card: once funds are on a card, bank risk freeze or card closure can permanently lock the remaining balance at the issuing bank.
Suspected card testing, stolen payment use, cash-out, prohibited merchants, high-risk use, repeated failed authorizations, chargeback abuse, unpaid fees, AML review, partner instruction, legal request or account security issues can all lead to freeze or closure.
After bank risk controls apply, the card balance cannot be operated. Upstream issuers and banking partners cannot release those funds either, so the platform cannot return that balance to platform USD balance or USDT wallet.
Load only what is needed for the current use case, avoid high-frequency testing, do not try to bypass merchant rules, do not share card secrets, and do not use cards for prohibited or high-risk scenarios.
Card opening, top-up, freeze, closure and rules pages must state that frozen or closed-card balances are non-refundable. Wording such as “remaining balance returns after closure” would mislead users.
