RamboCard Terms of Service
English terms for RamboCard accounts, RamboToken USDT wallet records, platform USD balance, card services and issuing APIs.
Plain-English scope
These terms explain account responsibility, service nature, compliance review, fees, wallet and card security, API use, suspension, availability and contact details. Users should review them before funding a wallet, applying for a card or using the issuing API.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a contract and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for credentials, authorized users and account activity.
Nature of the service
RamboCard provides a technology interface for wallet records, card applications, card controls and API workflows. Card and payment processing may involve independent issuing, banking, blockchain or infrastructure partners. RamboCard is not a bank and does not guarantee merchant acceptance.
Verification and compliance
RamboCard may request identity, business, source-of-funds, transaction-purpose or beneficial-owner information. Email verification is required for sensitive wallet and card functions. Activity may be delayed, rejected, frozen or limited for compliance, fraud prevention, partner rules or legal process.
Fees, rates and balances
Fees shown before confirmation or in an agreed API schedule apply. Platform-wallet, RamboToken USDT wallet, API merchant reserve and individual card balances are separate records. Rates may include partner costs or agreed settlement margins and can change before confirmation.
Wallet and card security
RamboToken USDT wallet operations may require email verification, wallet payment password and recovery-phrase confirmation during setup. USDT transfers, platform-balance top-ups from USDT, card asset movements and chargeback notices may trigger email alerts.
Card and API use
Use is limited to lawful, disclosed and supported purposes. API clients must protect keys, use idempotency where available, verify webhooks and retain audit records. Sandbox access does not authorize production card issuance.
Suspension and termination
RamboCard may suspend access for suspected fraud, prohibited use, security risk, unpaid amounts, false information, partner instruction or legal requirement. Account closure remains subject to pending transactions and obligations.
Availability and liability
Services are provided on an availability basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RamboCard is not liable for indirect loss, merchant rejection, partner outages, blockchain congestion, currency movement or compromised credentials. Non-excludable legal rights remain unaffected.
